One way
A single transfer between two points, such as an airport to a factory or a hotel to a station. Airport directions have published reference rates; other one-way trips are quoted by vehicle and distance.
Round trip
Both legs on one booking with the same vehicle and driver. Cross-border runs are usually priced this way, with the return leg planned from your flight or train time.
Day charter
The vehicle and driver stay with the group for the day, so waiting inside the itinerary is included. This is how most city-to-city routes and multi-stop visit programmes are quoted.
Monthly
Regular staff or guest movement on the same route, with the vehicle and driver fixed by contract and settled monthly. Long-term rates work out lower than booking each trip separately.
What is included and what is not
Driver, fuel, tolls and vehicle insurance are included on every route. Driver meals and accommodation and parking fees are not, and are listed separately on the quote. Cross-border costs are stated on the quote rather than folded into a rate.
