Round trip
Both legs in one booking with the same coach and driver. Useful for a head-office visit that finishes in the afternoon: the driver waits nearby, and the team leaves when the meeting ends rather than when a train leaves.
Day charter
The usual choice for Guangzhou. The coach and driver stay with the group for the day, so a morning factory visit in Dongguan, an afternoon at Pazhou and an evening dinner in Tianhe are one quoted plan, with the waiting between stops already inside it.
Monthly
For a company that moves people between Dongguan and Guangzhou every week, a monthly contract fixes the vehicle and the driver for the month and works out cheaper than booking every trip on its own.
What is included and what is not
Driver, fuel, tolls and vehicle insurance are in the price. Driver meals and accommodation and parking fees are not, and they appear as separate lines on the quote so the invoice matches what was agreed.
