Vehicles are tight across Guangzhou during the fair, and coaches coming from Dongguan usually stay overnight, so please confirm your coach and driver 3–5 days ahead. Multi-day charters can be quoted per phase.

Plenty of overseas buyers fly into Hong Kong first and cross over to Guangzhou. We run GD-HK dual-plate vehicles on this route: the group stays in the same vehicle through the port, straight to the Pazhou fairground or to your Guangzhou hotel.
We choose the port to fit your landing time and hotel — Shenzhen Bay, Huanggang (open 24 hours) or the HZMB. Return legs and airport drop-offs on the last day are quoted with the same vehicle.
Overseas buyers need a Canton Fair buyer badge to enter the halls. According to the organiser, the badge can be used for later sessions as well, and pre-registration plus the off-site collection points (airport, hotels, the Hong Kong office) are the way to skip the queue at the fairground.
